S J Charles Property Management is a family run business specialising in short term rentals. With over 30 years experience in construction and property management and an impressive in-house team of experts from sales and marketing to alarms and security, we are the perfect company to oversee your rental property and turn it into a thriving business.

Although S J Charles Property Management is a new venture for us it is built on a solid foundation of experience and project managing success. Our Property Management Directors are very hands on and with their background in sales, services, and property, delivering excellent customer service is their passion.

We believe communication is key to providing a great customer journey for both you and your guests. We will keep you informed at every step as we get you up and running and then provide you with a monthly property report. With our team of cleaners, handymen/repair workers, customer support and dedicated account managers we have everything covered so you can sit back and relax.

We have a portfolio of properties that we now manage within The Cotswolds, Cirencester and Wiltshire, however we are now scaling to other areas within Bristol, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire.

Our goal is to create an experience like no other, and provide a one stop shop approach to our service, allowing for flexibility, while being hands off and getting the most out of your property investments. More importantly S J Charles cares about the service we give, and we care about the individuals or companies we work with, so we strive to get the best results possible. (We have also partnered with some of the leading industry guru’s within short term rentals to better our strategies, listings and marketing tactics)
