What is the difference between partially managed service and fully managed service?

An advantage of signing up with S J Charles is that we can tailor our managed service package to suit your specific needs. You can choose from either a fully or partially managed service, depending on how much you wish to do. From there, you can then pick which services you would like us to take on.

Partially managed

If you are able to manage your holiday home in some capacity, yet still need a helping hand to get certain things done, you may wish to opt for a partially managed service.

This is an ideal package for someone, for example, who is capable of doing the laundry and cleaning, but would prefer not to carry out the maintenance and gardening.

Fully managed

A fully managed service covers every aspect of managing the day-to-day tasks of running your holiday home. Through this option, you will obtain your own channel manager that will be dedicated to promoting and managing your property.

This option is ideal for those that don’t have time to spend cleaning and maintaining, managing questions or queries, general repairs, check ins and check outs, and replenishing, listing and marketing. You can call us to take the strain away from you.

Not all of our owners clean their own properties, many prefer the services of a cleaning agency, or are simply unable to manage the property themselves. This doesn’t happen very often at all, however unfortunately with everything there is a possibility. Please don’t let this deter you, the property is cleaned before and after every stay, also pictures before and after are taken to provide proof if needed. This is resolved via the Airbnb assurance scheme, which is allows for up to $1M accidental cover during a guest stay.
